It’s a historically important industrial building that’s played a role in Simcoe’s industrial past. Over the years it was home to:  Norfolk’s first brewery, a foundry making windmills, and the Stalker Engineering Co. owned by prominent Simcoe community member Col. William Douglas Stalker.
