Waterford

EXPLORE
THE COMMUNITY

Founded in 1794, this quaint, historical Norfolk County community was first established as a saw and grist mill community. Since then, it’s grown into a small but vibrant hub of art, culture, and entrepreneurship.

Waterford is home to the Agriculture & Heritage Museum, a busy downtown district, the Waterford Rail-Trail, and the Old Town Hall, which has hosted musical acts The Sheepdogs, Hawksley Workman, Sarah Harmer, and many other well-known Canadian musicians.

Each year in October, Waterford locals celebrate Pumpkin fest, a fun fall festival that celebrates the harvest. Add this to its modern sporting facilities and you have a wonderful place to raise a family.
