Daryl is a third-generation Real Estate Broker.

Born and raised in Norfolk County, real estate has been Daryl’s profession for over three decades. He’s personally involved on a daily basis with changes in the marketplace, is in touch with a vast network of clients and contacts and is able to dedicate himself solely to marketing your property.

As past clients and customers will attest, Daryl and his team possess a caring, dedicated, and professional hands-on approach in assisting you with your real estate needs. They understand that every customer has unique needs and situations, and therefore will customize a service plan to best meet those specific needs.

Daryl currently resides in the Town of Waterford with his wife Valerie and two sons, Mitchell and Owen. Living in the area for all of his life means he knows its people too. If you are new to the area, Daryl can point you towards the doctors, lawyers, and tradespeople who service the area.

For Daryl, selling real estate involves far more than placing a “for sale” sign on your lawn and waiting for someone to call.
